Four- in- Hand Knot
1. Drape the tie around your neck with the wide end on the right, about 12 inches lower than the narrow end.
2. Cross the wide end over the narrow end
3. Bring the wide end behind the narrow end
4. Bring the wind end over the narrow end again to the front
5. Pass the wide end through the neck loop
6. Insert the wide in down through the front knot
7. Hold the narrow end and slide the knot up to adjust
Half Windsor Knot
1. Start with the wide end on the right about 12 inches lower than the narrow end
2. Cross the wide end over the narrow end
3. Bring the wide end up and through the neck loop
4. Bring the wide end down to the left
5. Pass the wide end behind the narrow end to the right
6. Bring the wide end up and through the neck loop
7. Pass the wide end down through the front of the knot
8. Adjust the knot and tighten
Full Windsor Knot
1. Drape the wide end on the right extending it about 14-15 inches below the narrow end
2. Cross the wide end over the narrow end
3. Bring the wide end up through the neck loop and down
4. Pass the wide end behind the narrow end to the right
5. Bring the wide end over to the left front
6. Pull the wide end up through the neck loop
7. Pass the wide end down through the neck loop
8. Adjust and tighten the knot
Prince Albert
1. Place the wide end about 13 inches lower than the narrow end
2. Cross the wide end over the narrow end
3. Wrap the wide end around the narrow end twice, keeping the first turn loose
4. Bring the wide end over the top of the knot from behind
5. Pass the wide end through both wrapped loops formed in front
6. Adjust and tighten the knot while dressing it
