Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Out of stock items - Estimated restocking time is 14-21 business days

We can offer you an alternative product or notify you when your item becomes available at a 20% discount via email and or telephone. Make sure we have your contact information.
